The Optimization System

Return to optimized presence by holding space for experience to appear. I ask that you do not ignore the sensations… instead I ask that you listen.

Return to optimized movement, not a forced habit… This becomes important to understand… You know forcing differs from allowing… Listen carefully.


✔️

Return to optimized circadian rhythm by giving attention to it… This might be how you learn coherence. 


✔️

Return to an optimized diet by not claiming certainty… I suggest you stop eating when hunger leaves… And when hunger does not leave… I suggest you ask yourself if hunger ever arrived… Perhaps something else approached you this time… Not hunger… Something else…


✔️

Return to making necessary adjustments as you navigate subtly… I suggest you refine your discernment… What gives you orientation? How might force change your orientation compared with resonance?


✔️

Return to the honest reflection as a way to calibrate. Be cautious of the tendency to weakness. Do not fall prey to such tendencies.

Return to listening as a way of giving careful attention. I strongly suggest not defining prematurely. You know the danger here… Not defining… but defining falsely.

Return to alchemy as a continuity of practice not a final destination. You may complete a cycle… a period… a moment… a process… but the willingness to continue the practice allows you to enter a relationship with experience as someone sovereign. This matters.

Return to art. Not as a forced impression… but as a window to your expression… Meeting art in this manner might act as a bridge between you and something unknown… something deeper…

Return to reading… Just know that reading and speaking might require integration… You know speaking and reading might differ in degree… but they are directly related… This relation might require care and attention for value to take form.

Return to writing what approaches you… I suggest you do not force clarity prematurely… You know the risk.

The Result

Return to operating as a movement towards the process of self overcoming. How you move towards this process might become important. Will you move towards it courageously? Will you move towards it respectfully?

Return to coordinating as a practiced discipline. How do you change when you are met? How do you respond to experience? What exactly do you resist? Will you give your resistance a name too early? These are things you might like to ask yourself frequently.

Return to the necessary adjustments as a way to align yourself. Consider how effort might differ from controlling. 


✔️

Return to honest reflection as a way to forge an honest relationship. Consider how honesty becomes important when building something…
