Return to movement carefully. Notice the origin of motivation without defining it ignorantly. 

Return to circadian rhythm as a necessary practice. Notice the changes without avoiding the discomfort.

Return to diet, not a habit. Notice the habitual force — is it necessary?

Return to expression within curiosity. Notice the origin of the expression without concluding. 

Return to coordinating as relocation. Notice a relationship between coordination and experience. 

Return to listening carefully. Notice how ownership enters conversation. 

Return to alchemy within uncertainty. Notice the space without possession.

Return to observation carefully. Notice the shift between certain ownership and uncertain stewardship.

Return to reading. Notice how books can shift posture. 

Return to writing. Notice the acceptance of ownership of mind and body. 

Return to the honest reflection. The mind and body are not owned, contrary to belief, contrary to certainty. The uncertainty of reason claims no such thing. 

Return to the necessary adjustments as a continued practice. Notice the subtlety of each shift.
